MisterRedLegs	12/04/2009 10:23 am Okay boys and girls it is December and almost time for the winter meetings. This is the unofficial opening of the hot stove league. What will the Reds do. First of all, as reported here, the Reds will not cut payroll. I know some airheads are blogging away that the Reds plan on cutting payroll but it not true. We report and they guess. I will have some contacts at the meetings and will fill you in. What do they need. Better yet, what dont they need? Youth, firstbaseman, secondbaseman and a closer. If these are areas of strength then should they trade from one of these areas? Lets hope they dont consider an area of strength as one of depth. I know.. I know
